I’ve been waking up every morning in a better mood than the day before. I have also been doing a lot of self-pep talks in the form of letters on Tumblr. Miti inspired me, and you can check them out here.
I know that in the last few months, I would have a day or two of clarity before falling into a negative state again. These negative times were just lumps of not being productive and giving my attention to bad moods and thoughts. But I am determined to put an end to all that and start every day fresh.
