In the last 2 months I’ve learned a thing or two about mindfulness. Being conscious of what I think and why I think a certain way. It has led me to make some significant changes in my life, most of which have been for the best. I firmly believe that it’s really important to take some time off your day and meditate. Make it a habit. Do it with the intention of making it a habit and then you will never not feel like doing it.
All this conciousness has made me buy Bhagvat Gita on an impulse. That’s what I’m currently reading. So ready to be enlightened!
