Anger

Anger is a part of the basic human nature. Honestly the the most misused and one of the easier feeling we feel. But whats most important is that you learn to deal and express this anger. And after you’re done doing that forgive the thing or person that caused it. 

It is important to release yourself of anything that is overwhelming. So here you go. Be creative in how you would like to express. Each of us are unique individuals and there is no one way to deal with this.
